Mrs. Mattlin began teaching middle school homeroom at CCA in 2001 after teaching in the Windsor school system for a number of years.  At CCA she  taught a combined upper grades class until 2005 when she and her husband moved to South Florida to care for a parent. While in Florida, she taught research at Keiser University for 2 years and was Media Specialist for St. Marks Episcopal School for 5 years.   In 2012, she returned to Missouri and CCA and began teaching middle school science.  She loves to bring excitement to her classes with demonstrations and lab experiences with her students both inside and outside the classroom. Her goal is to bring students to see God’s hand in all creation, and to find ways to use science to help mankind.  She received her B.S. in Education from CMSU in 1969 and her M.S. in Education from CMSU in 1980.
