Dear CCA Family,

I have a passion for history….I was a history teacher for 13 years before moving into administration.  I love history because it equates to legacy, and legacy involves people and I am a people person.  Typically, a visual reminder of legacy is often a tangible remnant such as a building or a keepsake.  The buildings that houses the Clinton Christian Academy are around a decade old, and have been impacting the lives of young people in the Golden Valley continually since it has been in existence.  For all of these past years, this monument to education has been dedicated to equipping young people to serve our Lord Jesus Christ.  Our buildings represent quite a legacy, and are one that has honored our Lord as He continues to use those who have travelled these hallways.  A verse that come to my mind is Hebrews 12:1-2:  Therefore we also, since we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which so easily ensnares us, and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us looking unto Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith, who for the joy that was set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.

The ones who came before us laid the foundation of our legacy, and are witnesses to us of the faithfulness of our Lord.  They included the families who sacrificed to provide a Christian education for their children, the members of the community who stepped out in faith to establish the Clinton Christian Academy and to the ones that support our mission to this day.  It is a grand symbol of the faithfulness of our Lord.

Our website describes the framework of the partnership that we desire to have with every family who entrusts their children to us.  The guidelines and expectations have been prayerfully considered with the purpose of equipping your children to impact our culture with the truth of the Gospel.  We count it a privilege and a calling to provide a Biblically-based educational program that instills a whole-hearted love of the Lord Jesus Christ, a program that develops Godly character, and emphasizes academic excellence.  As others have been “a cloud of witnesses” to us, we have the honor to “line the course” and encourage your Child as God creates a legacy in him or her.  Thank you for partnering with us to that end.
