The Enrollment documents are in .pdf format (Acrobat Reader).  Click on the link to open the pack and then print all pages.  (You may want to click the Reverse Pages box before clicking Print.)  Download Adobe Acrobat Reader If the file does not open, you may have to right-click and Save Target As and then open the saved file from Acrobat Reader.
