Linda Wilson
5th Grade
My name is Linda Wilson. I have taught for 44 years. I retired from the public school in 2008. This will be my 8th year at CCA. I am so glad to be here with my CCA family.
I got a BS in Education from UCM in 1972. I received a MS in Education in 1999. Most of my public teaching years were spent with 1st grade students. I have really enjoyed the opportunity to expand my knowledge by teaching the 5th and 3rd grades at CCA.
I have 3 children, 7 grandchildren, and 5 great-grandchildren. I live on the same farm where I was raised. My husband farmed for 53 years. He passed away in 2017. My son lives on the same farm and runs a cattle feedlot. Andy feeds around 2000 head of calves at any given time. Farming has always been our life and I love it.
I came back to CCA when my husband died. This is home to me. Teaching and my family are the reasons that I wake up each morning praising God for a new day and new challenges. Thank you for the opportunity to teach your children. What a blessing!!!!
