Hi. My name is Linda Wilson. I have taught for close to 40 years. I retired from the public school in 2008. This will be my 6th year at CCA. I am so glad to be back with the CCA family.
I got a BS in Education from UCM in 1972. I received a MS in Education in 1999. Most of my public teaching years were spent with 1st grade students. I have really enjoyed the opportunity to expand my knowledge by teaching in the 5th and 3rd grades at CCA.
I have 3 children, 7 grandchildren, and 4 great-grandchildren. I live on the same farm where I was raised. My husband and our son run a cattle feed lot. Andy feeds around 2000 head of calves at any given time. Farming has
always been our life and I love it.
My husband passed away in December of last year so my life has taken on many new challenges. My husband and I were married in 1969, so you can imagine the changes that we have dwelt with since his passing. God is good and has given me the strength and willingness to go on and live a life of service for Him and my family. My life is full of new challenges and joys and, with God’s guidance, I will deal with life until God is ready for me to quit.
