Hi! My name is Keri Huisman, and I am so excited to be here at CCA for my fourth year! This year, I will be teaching Art, 5th–8th Grade PE, United States History/United States Constitution, and 6th Grade Science. I am also blessed to serve as the 5th and 6th Grade Volleyball Coach.

Before coming to CCA, I worked as a Licensed Practical Nurse for 11 years. I absolutely love nursing, but I felt God leading me to use my gifts in a different way by helping at CCA. Before becoming a nurse, I was a flight attendant for Piedmont Airlines, where I had the opportunity to travel throughout the United States. It was during that time that God blessed me by bringing my wonderful husband, Marshall, into my life. We have been married for 12 years and have been blessed with three beautiful daughters, Haylee (11), Josie (9), and Aspen (6), who all attend CCA.

When we aren't busy with school and activities, our family enjoys traveling, fishing, hunting, and, most of all, simply spending time together. We are members of First Baptist Church of Clinton, where I serve as a Children's Worship Leader. I also help lead cake decorating and scrapbooking for the CCA Patriot 4-H Program and help lead the MomCo evening group at First Baptist Church in Clinton.

I am so excited to get to know the students and the families I'll be serving this year and am looking forward to a wonderful year together! What a blessing it is to be a part of the CCA family and to have the opportunity to help teach the Word of God. I am praying for a fantastic year filled with learning, growth, fun, and many wonderful memories!
